We reserve the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders in cases of repeated cancellations or abuse of our policies.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within the timeframe listed on our Site.
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are approximately 10–15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any such charges.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, Larina Jewellery is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damages caused by the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping issues with the carrier when possible.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of customized jewelry, customized or engraved items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For non-customized items, return requests must be made within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Consumer Protection
